Russian Shahed Drone Strike in Kharkiv Region Kills One Person, Injures 10, Including Child

On July 14, Russian drones struck the village of Zlatopil in Kharkiv region, killing one person and injuring ten others, including a child.
The attack was reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov via Facebook on July 14.
According to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, around 12:00, two Russian Shahed-type drones (known in Russia as "Geran-2") targeted Zlatopil.
A 57-year-old woman was killed in the strike. Ten more people, including a 13-year-old girl, sustained injuries and trauma.


The attack also damaged a boiler house, residential buildings, outbuildings, an administrative facility, and several cars.
“Prosecutors, in cooperation with police investigators, are carrying out comprehensive procedural actions to properly document and investigate the war crimes committed by Russian servicemen,” the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office stated.
Earlier, it was reported that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy described an intense seven‑day campaign of Russian aerial terror aimed at Ukraine. He said the barrage included over 1,800 attack drones, more than 1,200 guided aerial bombs, and 83 missiles of various types, highlighting the severity of the assaults.
