A Mi-28 helicopter crashed on Thursday, July 25, in the western Kaluga region, Russia, killing its crew.
The Ministry of Defense of Russia indicated that the preliminary cause of the accident was a technical malfunction. While not specifying the exact number of individuals on board, a Mi-28 helicopter typically operates with a crew of two people.
It was noted that the helicopter fell in a deserted area.
Recently, on July 12, another Russian aircraft, a passenger jet, crashed near Kolomna city, killing three crew members.
