On August 21, Russian strikes killed 4 residents of the Donetsk region: in Siversk, Ukrainsk, Kostiantynivka, and Petrivka. Three more people were injured.

This was reported by Vadym Filashkin, the Head of the Donetsk Region Military Administration.
