Russia’s Strike on Donetsk Region Kills at Least 1 Person and Injures 8, Including 2 Children

On September 23, Russian forces shelled Kramatorsk and Shakhovo in the Donetsk region, killing at least 1 person and injuring 8, including 2 children.

At noon, 6 explosions were heard in the city of Kramatorsk. A 45-year-old woman was killed, and her husband was injured.

In Shahovo 7 people, including 2 children, were injured as a result of Russia’s shelling. Two of the wounded were taken to the nearest hospital, the rest received medical assistance on the spot.

24 private houses, 3 administrative buildings and a social institution were damaged.
