Tajikistan bans GTA and Counter Strike computer games for “Propaganda of Cruelty”. The Dushanbe Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported this on its Telegram channel.

According to the Ministry of Culture’s examination, these games contain elements of violence, cruelty, murder and robbery.

“Law enforcement analysis also shows that, unfortunately, some young people and teenagers who regularly get carried away with such games fall under their negative influence and commit various crimes,” the Ministry of Internal Affairs stated.

In this regard, the Interior Ministry Department called on citizens to monitor children and not allow them to play such games. Regular raids will also be conducted in the region to ensure compliance with the bans.
