The advertising service Google AdSense will completely shut down its activities across the Russian internet and disable user accounts from Russia. Russian publishers and bloggers received the corresponding notifications on August 12, writes 3Dnews.

"We are deactivating all AdSense accounts with Russia as their country of location. This means that you will no longer be able to receive monetization income through these accounts. Earnings for July will be paid between August 21 and August 26, unless the account has paused payments and the payment thresholds have been met," the Google Payments team said in a statement.

Thus, website owners and bloggers working on YouTube will completely lose access to Google AdSense and the services provided by the advertising network.

Previously, on the morning of August 8, the YouTube video hosting service stopped opening on computers and mobile devices for users in Russia.

Following that, on August 9, Russian users of the Signal messenger reported service outages, according to data from Sboy.rf and Downradar.
