Trump Details Ongoing Territorial Negotiations in Ceasefire Talks

US President Donald Trump, alongside Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, made remarks in the Oval Office on March 21, addressing the ongoing negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.

Trump confirmed that talks are actively underway concerning the “division of territories” and a complete ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine.

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that on March 24, Ukraine will present the United States with a list of sites to be exempt from Russian strikes.

The announcement came during a March 21 press conference with Czech President Petr Pavel in Kyiv. Technical negotiations, led by Ukraine’s Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, are set to take place in Saudi Arabia.

Zelenskyy added that military experts would present the list to the US side during the upcoming discussions.
