Trump’s Envoy Keith Kellogg to Visit Ukraine and Tour Frontline With Zelenskyy

Keith Kellogg, Donald Trump’s special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, is set to visit Ukraine on February 20, UNITED24 Media correspondent reported, citing Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a press briefing on February 17.
“We are expecting Kellogg. We had an agreement that he would come on the 20th, stay for two days—maybe longer. I want to take him to the front, and he will go with me. I think he won’t refuse,” Zelenskyy said.
The president emphasized that he wants Kellogg to study all key issues and speak with Ukrainian soldiers.
“I know he will visit [Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces] Syrskyi, and we may also visit some brigade commanders together. Later, he will meet separately with the Defense Ministry and possibly intelligence officials,” Zelenskyy added.
He stressed the importance of Kellogg bringing back a clear understanding of Ukraine’s security needs to the White House.
“I believe that after he returns to the U.S., we will have a better sense of when I will meet with President Trump,” Zelenskyy noted.
Earlier, Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine will not take part in the upcoming talks in Saudi Arabia and will not recognize any agreements concerning Ukraine made without its involvement.
