Keith Kellogg, Donald Trump's special envoy on the war in Ukraine, responded to Russia's large-scale attack on Ukraine on Christmas Day.

Kellogg shared his statement on the social media platform X.

The Trump envoy assured that the United States is committed to establishing peace and emphasized that the world is “watching actions on both sides.”

“Christmas should be a time of peace, yet Ukraine was brutally attacked on Christmas Day. Launching large-scale missile and drone attacks on the day of the Lord’s birth is wrong. The world is closely watching actions on both sides. The US is more resolved than ever to bring peace to the region,” Kellogg wrote.

In the morning of December 25, Russian forces launched a combined attack using strategic aviation, Kalibr cruise missiles, S-300/S-400 ballistic missiles, and drones, targeting Ukraine’s critical infrastructure. Explosions were heard in Kharkiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Dnipro, Kremenchuk, and Kryvyi Rih.
