Ukraine and Portugal Sign a Bilateral Security Agreement

This was announced by Portuguese Prime Minister Montenegro at a joint briefing with President Zelenskyy. Montenegro also expressed support for Ukraine on its path to the EU and NATO.

Portugal will provide Ukraine with more than 200 million euros in military aid this year.
