This was revealed by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andriy Kostin during the discussion panel "Humanitarian Dimension. The Release of Prisoners and Deportees" which was held as part of the Peace Summit in Switzerland.

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Andriy Kostin emphasized that law enforcement officers have already documented nearly 130,000 cases of war crimes committed by Russia, including 301 cases of sexual violence.

Russian forces have killed more than 12 thousand civilians, including 551 children. All these figures represent only confirmed data, the real numbers are likely to be much higher. Obtaining more accurate data is not possible due to Russia’s occupation of Ukrainian territories. For example, in the temporarily occupied Mariupol alone, the death toll is expected to be tens of thousands of people.

Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets emphasized that all people in Russian captivity are subjected to systematic torture. There is evidence of at least 14,000 such cases.
