Ukrainian forces have liberated the village of Udachne in the Pokrovsk sector of the Donetsk region and raised the national flag over the settlement, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced on September 2.

The assault was carried out by fighters of the 425th Separate Assault Regiment “Skala,” according to footage released by the military.

“In direct contact and with the support of strike assets, all enemy strongholds were destroyed. Over the course of two weeks, assault groups methodically cleared the village house by house,” the General Staff said.

Earlier, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that Russia’s spring-summer offensive campaign of 2025 ended without significant results.
