Ukraine’s Logistics Giant NOVA Group Unveils 25 Megaprojects for Global Expansion

Ukraine’s NOVA Group post office company has launched a new annual strategic summit to showcase 25 “megaprojects,” a United24 Media correspondent reported from the event on March 19.
Those “megaprojects” are aimed at transforming the company into a top 20 global logistics player by 2030.

The summit brought together over 700 entrepreneurs and partners to discuss the group’s transition from a domestic leader to a global ecosystem operating across 160 countries. Company’s co-founder Vyacheslav Klymov set an ambitious target of 2 billion shipments annually by 2030. “Today, NOVA is not just logistics in Ukraine,” Klymov stated. “We are entering new markets and integrating with international partners to offer a new standard of speed, convenience, and reliability.”

The 25 presented megaprojects form the “Fast-Easy-Safe-Human-Tech-Growth” strategy, focusing on four key pillars:
Global Expansion: Scaling the network across 16 European countries and launching export routes to the US, Canada, and beyond.
Phygital Core: Developing a SuperApp and deploying the ORVIX cyber-protection system—described as the ecosystem’s “digital immunity.”
Innovation & Robotics: Decentralizing the network for safety while utilizing advanced robotics to streamline sorting and delivery.
NovaPay: Expanding its fintech arm through business lending and private bond issues to fund future growth.

“At NOVA, we follow an asymmetric strategy; we don’t waste resources on expensive competition but invest in partnership and speed,” noted co-founder Volodymyr Popereshniuk. “We created an ecosystem where our services compete with each other so that, in the end, the customer always wins.”
The NOVA Group (formerly Nova Poshta) transformed from a domestic courier into a diversified international tech giant despite the pressures of a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. Over the last two years, the company expanded its international arm, Nova Post, entering the United States in early 2026 to link global markets with Ukraine.
This growth occurred alongside the development of Supernova Airlines, which secured cargo flight permissions to Prague to bypass ground-based border blockades. Currently, the company maintains its operations across Ukraine and abroad, delivering millions of parcels daily even during air raids, missile and drone strikes all over Ukraine and using its battle-tested logistics to set new global benchmarks for reliability.
