Ukrainian wrestler Parviz Nasibov has secured a place in the final of the 2024 Olympic Games in the Greco-Roman wrestling category up to 67 kg. In a dramatic semifinal, he defeated Azerbaijan’s Hasrat Jafarov with a score of 3-3, winning based on the last active move. This guarantees Ukraine at least a silver medal from these Games.

The semifinal was highly competitive, but Nasibov showcased exceptional skill and strategy to make it to the final. The final match is set to take place on August 8.
