Ukraine’s Vladyslav Bilyi Secures Silver in Javelin Throw at Paris Paralympics

Ukraine earns its first medal in athletics at the 2024 Paralympics in Paris.

Vladyslav Bilyi became the silver medalist in the Men´s F38 Javelin Throw with a result of 52.86 m.

Another Ukrainian, Oleksandr Doroshenko, stopped a step away from the podium, taking fourth place with a result of 51.85 м.

This is Ukraine’s fifth medal so far in these Paralympic games.
