The Ukrainian band DakhaBrakha has entered another global project: their track Sonnet now features in the new Apple TV series Pluribus (stylized as Plur1bus). Originally released in 2020 on the album Alambari, the band prepared a shorter version specifically for the show.

The updated track was added to DakhaBrakha’s Apple Music and Spotify profiles on November 14.

Pluribus is the latest series from Vince Gilligan, creator of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. The story follows writer Carol Sturko in a post-apocalyptic Albuquerque, where a mysterious virus leaves infected people permanently cheerful—and she appears to be the only one immune.

The series title refers to the Latin phrase e pluribus unum, which means “Out of many, one.”

Apple commissioned two seasons in advance. The first two episodes premiered on November 7, with nine episodes planned for the debut season.

Previously, another song by by DakhaBrakha Sho z-pod duba  was used as a soundtrack in the third season of Fargo.

The same track also appeared in an advertising campaign for David Beckham’s brand.

Earlier, it was reported that The TikTok Awards ceremony was held in the United Kingdom, where British creator Max Klymenko—who was born in Mykolaiv—received the Creator of the Year award. Klymenko is best known on TikTok for his Career Ladder series.
