The attack involved a large-scale distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) operation, generating more than 56 million requests within just half an hour, or roughly 40,000 requests per second.
The cyberattack utilized over 3,700 virtual machines from more than 10 countries, including Russia and China, with a significant number of requests originating from Russian IP addresses, notably those linked to the Russian Skolkovo Innovation Center .
