Video of New Ukrainian Flamethrower Drone Incinerating Russian Positions

In a new video circulating on the internet, a Ukrainian drone flies up to a tree line where the Russian positions are located and attacks them with fire. The video takes place in Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia direction and was published on the CyberBoroshno Telegram channel.

It was reported that the Ukrainian 108th Separate Mechanized Brigade was operating this FPV drone.

Most likely, the operators used “iron thermite”, consisting of readily available components: powders of oxidized iron (rust) and aluminum.

The burning temperature of such ammunition can reach 2400°C (4352°F), which is why it is used in industry for welding metal structures, in particular, rails. This is enough to set fire to not only dry grass but also trees and other vegetation.

People’s Deputy and member of the Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence in the Verkhovna Rada (Ukraine’s Parliament) Yurii Mysiahin called the flamethrower drone a “new development” of Ukraine.
