Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy plans to present his victory plan to the leaders of allied countries at the 25th meeting of the contact group in the Ramstein format. This meeting will take place on October 12 at the US Air Force Base in Ramstein and will be held for the first time at the leaders' level.

Zelenskyy announced this on X (Twitter), stating that the victory plan will include clear and specific steps toward a just resolution of the war. He emphasized that the determination of partners and the strengthening of Ukraine could be crucial in stopping Russian aggression.

The meeting, which will be chaired by US President Joe Biden, aims to discuss further actions to support Ukraine amid the ongoing war.
