The journalists of The Times were not acquainted with the victory plan that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy intends to present to US President Joe Biden.

This was reported by a source from the President's Office to Suspilne.

Earlier, The Times reported that it had reviewed the victory plan, which President Volodymyr Zelenskyy intends to present to US President Joe Biden, and that it includes four points, one of which is the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ Kursk operation.

According to the source, the victory plan consists of five points. The implementation of the first four is scheduled for the period from October to December, while the fifth point is planned for the post-war period.

The source also confirmed, without going into details, that the issue of modern weapons and the advance of Ukrainian forces in Russia’s Kursk region is indeed included in the document.

"The main thing about the victory plan is that it is comprehensive, all the points are interconnected, and it is important to implement them together, as a whole," the source said.

Previously, during an interview with CNN, Zelenskyy revealed that he would be discussing Ukraine’s Victory Plan with US President Joe Biden during the UN General Assembly in New York in late September. Zelenskyy also stated that he will share his plans with US presidential candidates Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.

On September 22, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and First Lady Olena Zelenska have arrived in the US to participate in the UN General Assembly High-level Week.
