According to the official investigation, the group is allegedly involved in the laundering of ₴460M ($11.2M). These funds were reportedly processed through schemes related to elite construction projects in the Kyiv region.

The actions of those involved have been classified under Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which covers the legalization of property obtained by criminal means when committed by an organized group in a particularly large size.

Law enforcement agencies are currently conducting urgent investigative measures to establish all the circumstances of the crime. They are also working to identify other individuals who may be involved in these financial manipulations. Anti-corruption authorities intend to release video materials soon that will provide a more detailed look at how the scheme operated.

Following the issuance of the suspicion notice, the former head of the Presidential Office, Andrii Yermak, stated that he will provide comments once the investigative actions are completed. He also stated “that he does not own houses, he only has an apartment.”

On November 28, 2025, investigators from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP) carried out searches at the Kyiv home of Andrii Yermak.

Law enforcement officers were filmed entering the government quarter on Friday morning to conduct the authorized investigative work. Following the operation, Yermak confirmed the investigators’ presence at his residence via Telegram, stating that he had provided full access to the apartment and was cooperating with the procedural actions.
