In a post on her social media, Svyrydenko marked her last day in office as Prime Minister of Ukraine.
"The main task I chose for myself was caring for Ukrainians who live and work every day in the conditions of war," Svyrydenko wrote.
In her remarks, Svyrydenko expressed gratitude to the members of parliament for their collaborative efforts across all regions of the country, stretching from frontline areas to the western border.

"Thank you to all the people's deputies with whom we worked in all, without exception, regions of Ukraine — from the frontline territories to the western border," Svyrydenko stated. "Together, we took care of vital issues that concern people every day — roads, hospitals, schools, housing, enterprises, people's protection."
She also expressed appreciation to the military forces and the wider population for their resilience under wartime conditions.
"Thank you to our Defenders and female Defenders and to all incredible Ukrainians," Svyrydenko wrote. "Thanks to you, Ukraine exists, lives, and works. It was an honor for our Government team to work for the benefit of Ukraine."

Svyrydenko became prime minister in July 2025 after previously serving as first deputy prime minister and economy minister. Her government prioritized expanding Ukraine’s domestic defense production, strengthening the economy, and maintaining state resilience during Russia’s full-scale invasion.
The government reshuffle also marks the end of the tenure of Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, whose administration worked in lockstep with the Cabinet to fundamentally modernize Ukraine's military.
During his tenure, former Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov introduced several major reforms to Ukraine's military. His administration successfully blocked Russian access to Starlink terminals and significantly improved drone interception rates. Additionally, Fedorov's team launched the "Logistics Lockdown" program to target Russian supply lines.
They also saved billions of dollars for the state budget through modernized procurement tenders. Finally, the ministry secured critical international support and finalized a key deal for Swedish Gripen fighter jets.
