Ukraine's state-backed defense-technology cluster, launched on 26 April 2023 by six ministries including Digital Transformation and Defence. Funds and accelerates defense startups through grants, testing, and procurement matchmaking. By 2025, it had awarded over 540 grants totalling more than UAH 2 billion, with priorities including drones, missiles, lasers, electronic warfare, and counter-Shahed systems.
