Daily Update: Russia Loses 1,350 Troops, a Tank, and 71 Artillery Systems in One Day

Russian forces lost another 1,350 troops, one tank, six armored combat vehicles, and 71 artillery systems over the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s General Staff reported on June 30.

According to the latest figures, Russia’s total estimated personnel losses since the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, have reached approximately 1,403,550.

Ukraine’s military also reported the destruction of one air defense system, 13 ground robotic systems, 1,952 operational-tactical UAVs, 492 vehicles and fuel tankers, and two pieces of special equipment over the past day.

Overall Russian losses reported by Ukraine now include 12,067 tanks, 24,851 armored combat vehicles, 45,040 artillery systems, 1,901 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,455 air defense systems, 436 aircraft, 353 helicopters, 1,777 ground robotic systems, 381,176 operational-tactical UAVs, 4,797 cruise missiles, 33 ships and boats, two submarines, 114,104 vehicles and fuel tankers, and 4,368 pieces of special equipment.

Ukraine’s General Staff said 227 combat engagements were recorded along the front line over the past day.

Earlier, reports emerged that Russian recruits may survive only 20 to 35 minutes after reaching combat positions, with drones now the main reason for the extreme casualty rate.
