Daily Update: Russia Loses 1,360 Troops, 3 Tanks, and 41 Artillery Systems in One Day

Russian forces lost an estimated 1,360 troops, three tanks, and 41 artillery systems over the past 24 hours, Ukraine’s General Staff reported on July 30.
Russia’s total estimated personnel losses since launching its full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, have now reached approximately 1,444,810.

Ukraine also reported the destruction of five armored combat vehicles, three multiple launch rocket systems, one air defense system, eight UGVs, 1,362 operational-tactical UAVs, 440 vehicles and fuel tankers, and two pieces of special equipment.

Russia’s cumulative equipment losses now stand at 12,230 tanks, 25,049 armored combat vehicles, 47,003 artillery systems, 1,976 multiple launch rocket systems, 1,522 air defense systems, 439 aircraft, 354 helicopters, 2,071 UGVs, 434,140 operational-tactical UAVs, 4,950 cruise missiles, 34 ships and boats, two submarines, 127,621 vehicles and fuel tankers, and 4,480 pieces of special equipment.
Ukraine’s General Staff recorded 238 combat engagements between Ukrainian and Russian forces over the past day.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russian leader Vladimir Putin is preparing to launch a new wave of military mobilization following Russia’s parliamentary elections in September.
