Long-Range Drones Reach Wildberries Hub Deep Inside Russia, 1,750 km Away

A fire broke out near a Wildberries logistics facility in Russia’s Yekaterinburg after a drone attack early on July 25, according to Russian officials and Russian Telegram channels.

Sverdlovsk region governor Denis Pasler said a 300-square-meter parking area caught fire after what he described as falling drone debris. He stated that no critical infrastructure was damaged and that there were no casualties, adding that emergency services had contained the fire while the region remained under a drone attack warning.

According to Exilenova+, the drones were targeting a Wildberries logistics center in Yekaterinburg, located about 1,750 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. Videos circulating on social media showed smoke rising from the area, although the extent of any damage to the facility itself could not be independently verified.

Separately, Commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces Robert “Madyar” Brovdi said Ukrainian drones have now struck six Wildberries logistics sites, listing facilities in Elektrostal, Krasnodar, Nevinnomyssk, two locations near St. Petersburg—Shushary and Utkina Zavod—and Simferopol in temporarily occupied Crimea. His statement has not been independently verified.

The reported strike follows a series of recent attacks on Wildberries logistics infrastructure across Russia. Earlier this week, fires were reported at the company’s distribution centers in Krasnodar and Nevinnomyssk, while previous drone strikes also affected facilities in Elektrostal near Moscow and near St. Petersburg, according to Russian regional authorities and local media reports.
