Ukraine’s 3rd Assault Brigade Strikes Rare Russian Buk-M3 Reloading Vehicle

Ukrainian forces have destroyed a rare transport-loading vehicle belonging to Russia's Buk-M3 air defense system for the first time since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
The operation was conducted on the frontlines of the 3rd Army Corps by operators from the Skyfom strike wing company within the Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade.

Drone operators tracked down and destroyed the military vehicle while it was transporting anti-aircraft guided missiles intended to reload the Buk-M3 missile system.
This marks the only confirmed loss of this specific equipment modification.
This precision strike builds on a series of coordinated operations by Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces aimed at systematically degrading Russian air defense and radar infrastructure.

In a broader operation coordinated through their Deep Strike Center, Ukrainian drone units struck a Russian uncrewed surface vessel base in temporarily occupied Crimea while simultaneously targeting radar stations and air defenses across occupied regions and inside Russia.
During that mission, operators from the Phoenix border guard unit destroyed another Buk-M3 system being transported on a trailer in the Donetsk region, alongside strikes on P-18, Nebo-SVU, and Sopka-2 radar complexes and a strike-drone launch site at an airfield in occupied Donetsk.
The operation also included attacks on four tankers as part of Operation MoLoChKa , Ukraine’s ongoing campaign against vessels supporting Russian maritime logistics.
Since the operation began on July 6, Ukrainian forces say they have struck 205 vessels—130 in the Sea of Azov and 75 in the Black Sea.
