According to Absolutely Reliable, three storage tanks at the Petersburg Oil Terminal caught fire. These included one 15,000-cubic-meter tank and two 10,000-cubic-meter tanks. The OSINT channel assessed that one tank was completely destroyed, while other tanks sustained exterior damage without catching fire.
At the Ruchyi oil depot in northern St. Petersburg, the channel reported that a 5,000-cubic-meter storage tank was destroyed and a smaller 1,000-cubic-meter tank was damaged. The assessment also identified a fire covering more than 10,000 square meters at an OZON logistics facility.

The reported damage extended to two bridges. Absolutely Reliable identified damage to the road surface of the Southern Fairway Bridge and the surface of the movable section of the Finland Railway Bridge.

Earlier, footage posted online on October 18 showed an explosion at the cable-stayed bridge over the Korabelny Fairway, part of St. Petersburg’s Western High-Speed Diameter highway.
The eight-lane crossing connects Bely Island with Vasilyevsky Island and forms part of a major highway linking the northern and southern sections of the city. The reported strike occurred approximately 4.5 kilometers from the Petersburg Oil Terminal, where a fire also broke out during the attack.
