Daphne Wesdorp

Daphne is a Dutch photographer and journalist specializing in (post-)conflict zones and armed resistance. Since the onset of Russia’s full-scale invasion, she has been reporting extensively from across Ukraine—particularly the eastern Donetsk region—where she documents frontline life, the civilian toll of war, and emerging developments in military technology. Daphne serves as the regular freelance correspondent in Ukraine for the Dutch newspaper Nederlands Dagblad. As a photographer, she is represented by the photo agency De Beeldunie.
