Ukraine's PARABELLA Unveils Armored Frontline Bunker With 360-Degree Protection

Ukrainian defense company PARABELLA has developed an armored protective capsule designed to establish fortified positions directly on the front line.
The system was showcased at the Eurosatory international defense exhibition, held in Paris from June 15 to 19, according to Militarnyi, which reviewed the product’s specifications at the event.

According to the report, the bunker is constructed from three-layer armored steel with a total thickness of 16 millimeters and is equipped with metal screens designed to protect against shaped-charge munitions. The interior can accommodate up to 10 armed personnel.
The armored position provides all-around protection and a 360-degree field of observation, allowing troops to monitor their surroundings while remaining under cover.
The concept is based on engineering solutions first developed during the Soviet era, when prefabricated armored structures were used for the rapid deployment of machine-gun emplacements and command-and-observation posts.

Comparable Soviet systems included the BUK (Armored Firing Capsule), VSB (Armored Firing Structure), and SPS (Prefabricated Machine-Gun Position), according to Militarnyi.
During the same exhibition, Ukrainian defense technology company SkyFall has presented a new upgraded version of its P1-SUN drone interceptor, featuring an artificial intelligence module that enables it to autonomously detect, track, and engage aerial targets.
According to SkyFall, the improved interceptor—designated P1-SUN Long—has already been tested in combat conditions and is currently in operational use by Ukrainian forces. The company reported that the system has successfully carried out dozens of confirmed interceptions of Russian Shahed-type attack drones.
