According to Militarnyi on June 15, Ukrainian company Global Mark unveiled its new Sea Trident heavy underwater drone at the Eurosatory defense exhibition in Paris. The unmanned system is designed for autonomous maritime operations and features a low-observable profile intended to reduce detectability in contested waters.

Sea Trident is designed to transport payloads of up to 1,000 kilograms and can be used for strike missions, logistics operations, cargo delivery, and counter-unmanned underwater vehicle tasks. The platform is equipped with autonomous navigation systems and is intended to operate in contested maritime environments.

According to Militarnyi, the drone has a maximum range of 2,000 nautical miles and a total weight of 10,000 kilograms. The vehicle measures 10 meters in length, 2 meters in width, and 1.5 meters in height.

Technical specifications presented at the exhibition indicate a maximum speed of 10 knots (18.5 km/h) and a cruising speed of 6 knots (11 km/h). Sea Trident can reportedly operate at depths of up to 60 meters, while its low-profile design allows it to travel close to the surface when required.

Earlier, Ukraine disclosed new details about the Marichka underwater drone, a domestically developed unmanned system with a reported range of up to 1,000 kilometers and a one-ton payload capacity. The platform is designed to strike naval vessels, port infrastructure, and other maritime targets while operating autonomously in GPS-denied environments.
