According to reporting by Astra, the fire broke out at the Usmanskaya Oil Depot, operated by LLC Usmanskaya Neftebaza, located in the village of Streletskie Khutora near the town of Usman.

Lipetsk regional governor Igor Artamonov confirmed the overnight incident, stating that a fire erupted at an industrial facility in the Usmansky district following what he described as the “fall of a drone.” He did not specify which facility was hit.

Footage circulating online shows sustained burning across the site, with preliminary assessments indicating that the depot’s fuel storage tanks were affected.

The Usmanskaya Oil Depot is involved in the storage, sale, and transshipment of petroleum products and also provides fuel transportation services using its own vehicle fleet.

Russian authorities have not disclosed the extent of the damage or whether fuel supplies were disrupted as a result of the strike.

Earlier, drones struck production facilities at Russia’s largest manufacturer of power sources used in military hardware.
