Chechen Commander Urges Russia to Consider Mobilizing Two Million Troops for War Against Europe

Commander of the Chechen special forces “Akhmat” and Deputy Head of the military-political department of the Russian armed forces, Apti Alaudinov, called for mass mobilization and a two-million army against Europe.
In a video posted on his Telegram channel, Alaudinov discusses the need for Russia to consider mobilizing “a couple of million” men for a war against Europe.
“If the situation arises, we should already be thinking about general mobilization—gathering at least two million troops. We’ll put [Europeans] in a position they will never recover from,” Alaudinov said.
He also claimed that the war against Ukraine could soon enter a new phase, involving the use of all types of weaponry, leading to Russia’s “final victory over Europe” and the collapse of NATO.
In his view, Europe and most European countries would cease to “exist as such” in the event of a direct confrontation with Russia.
“We are at a crossroads: either NATO will fall apart, and we will finish off Europe, or they will back down and agree to any terms just to make peace with us,” Alaudinov added.
On December 4, 2024, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov held a live Q&A session in Grozny, the capital of Chechnya, Russia, where he suggested that one of the prisoners of war take a pistol and shoot himself.
