Cyber-Atesh Targets Russia’s Digital Draft Registry, Disrupting Electronic Summonses System

The Ukrainian-Crimean partisan movement Atesh said its cyber unit had disabled a key Russian online system for issuing military draft summonses, according to a statement on its Telegram channel on December 3.
The group said its “Cyber-Atesh” unit targeted the infrastructure behind Russia’s electronic call-up system and took offline the portal reestrpovestok.rf.

According to Russian and Ukrainian media, реестрповесток.рф is the official front end of a unified digital register introduced in 2025 to store data on those liable for military service, allow conscripts to check whether summonses have been issued in their name and enable employers to verify staff records for mobilization purposes.
Atesh described the portal as “one of the main ways” to deliver electronic summonses to citizens on the military register, including residents of Russian-temporarily-occupied areas of Ukraine.
Earlier, it was reported that Ukrainian partisans from Atesh sabotaged a railway line near occupied Simferopol, temporarily halting train traffic and disrupting supplies to Russian forces.
