The apartment building housing Estonia's ambassador to Ukraine, Annely Kolk, was struck by a Russian drone in the overnight attack on November 7.

This was reported by Estonia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Margus Tsahkna.

"She (Kolk) was lucky not to be harmed," Tsahkna wrote. “No one is safe in Ukraine until Russia stops its aggression. Ukraine needs more air defense to protect its residents. We must not get used to this.”

Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal also addressed the recent Russian drone attack on Kyiv.

“Yesterday, Russia’s drone attack hit Estonia’s Ambassador’s house in Kyiv. Fortunately, no one was harmed,” he wrote. “My message is clear: Ukraine needs more air defence and removed weapon restrictions to protect its people against the aggressor.”

Russian forces launched an overnight drone attack on Kyiv on November 7, hitting a residential building in the capital, the Kyiv City Military Administration reported.
