Forged in Steel—Saint Javelin and RBTNK Create a Tag to Honor Ukraine’s Defenders

Canadian-Ukrainian brand Saint Javelin has teamed up with the Ukrainian brand RBTNK to release a limited edition steel tag collection. A portion of the proceeds from each sale—20%—will be donated to support the humanitarian needs of Ukrainian defenders.
The steel tags, crafted through this collaboration, embody the defining qualities of Ukrainian defenders: relentless in battle, precise in action, and loyal at heart.
This campaign celebrates not just Ukrainian soldiers but also the thousands of volunteers from around the world who have answered Ukraine’s call. By the end of 2024, approximately 2,000 foreign volunteers, representing over 70 countries, have fought alongside Ukraine. The majority of these volunteers come from the United States and Europe.
Saint Javelin and RBTNK’s steel tags are a symbol of global support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the campaign aims to amplify this solidarity. The funds raised will be divided equally between two crucial causes: the Patronage Service of the 13th Brigade of National Guard “Khartiia” and the medical service of the 82nd Separate Assault Brigade, where Iordan Konstantinidi, founder of RBTNK, serves as a frontline medic.

About the brands
RBTNK (Really Busy Talented 'N Kind) was founded by Iordan Konstantinidi, a Ukrainian of Greek descent. Prior to the full-scale invasion, Iordan was a creative director. But when Russia’s aggression escalated in February 2022, he left his civilian career to serve on the frontlines as a medic. His story was featured by Saint Javelin last year.
Saint Javelin, a social enterprise founded in February 2022, has made a significant impact through its creative support for Ukraine. Christian Borys, a Canadian with Polish-Ukrainian roots, established the brand after Russia’s full-scale invasion, starting with a single sticker that soon became an internationally recognized symbol. To date, Saint Javelin has raised $2.5 million through product sales, directly benefiting Ukrainian charities and military efforts. The company has garnered widespread media attention from outlets like the BBC, Washington Post, and CNN, among others.

Collaborative vision
Christian Borys, founder of Saint Javelin, expressed his deep commitment to supporting Ukraine through this partnership.
“The reason Saint Javelin exists as a brand is to continue to provide support to Ukrainians in whatever way we can. It’s important for me to work with talented Ukrainians like Iordan and his brand RBTNK, so we can help them reach people worldwide and support their units. When I saw the products Iordan was creating, all while serving as a combat medic, I knew immediately that we wanted to collaborate,” Borys said.
Iordan Konstantinidi added, “I created RBTNK to support and unite those working for our victory. This collaboration with Saint Javelin is another way to show the world that victory over the enemy lies in the unity of all those promoting common values. I believe our partnership will inspire and tell the world about the superpowers of the Ukrainian army.”
Honoring Ukrainian defenders
The campaign features three active-duty soldiers from the 13th Brigade of National Guard “Khartiia,” each representing the campaign’s core values.
They are Roman, 30, callsign “Coach,” Platoon Commander; Oleksandr, 46, callsign “Kaban,” Battalion Commander; and Mykhailo, 49, callsign “Ozero,” Brigade Officer.

Before Russia’s full-scale invasion, all three lived in Kharkiv and had no military experience. But when war reached their city, they chose not to stand by. They joined “Khartiia” when it was still a volunteer unit, made up of civilians determined to defend their home and country.
“Being sent to the front was, in a way, easier than training. Out there, it’s just you and the enemy. Physically, it’s brutal. You fall asleep on your feet. Death can come at any second. There were times when a sniper nearly took me out. Fighting off an assault in pouring rain, standing in water, frozen to the bone. Yet, you push forward — relentless, because you know exactly what you’re fighting for”.
Roman, 30, callsign “Coach”
“The courage of warriors and precise leadership are the keys to success on the front line. Without coordination between units, sheer human will alone won’t be enough to win”.
Oleksandr, 46, callsign “Kaban”
“On the front, you see loyalty in those who save your life, just as you’d save theirs. War reveals new sides of who we are, and for me, it only deepened my love for my country. I thought I couldn’t be more of a patriot — but I was wrong. We will win, and with the pain and blood we’ve endured, we’ll rebuild not just our land but a stronger, united, and loyal nation”.
Mykhailo, 49, callsign “Ozero”
