The Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR) has published new databases on its War&Sanctions portal, related to Russia's shadow fleet and Ukrainian cultural relics stolen by Russians. The portal also lists individuals and companies subject to sanctions imposed by Ukrainian allies.

The database includes maritime vessels used by Russia for transporting weapons, stolen Ukrainian grain, Russian fossil fuels, and energy resources in violation of sanctions, as well as associated companies and individuals. "Such vessels must be denied the ability to operate freely in international waters and straits, visit ports, and receive services," emphasized HUR.

The database of stolen Ukrainian cultural heritage objects includes artwork and items taken from Ukrainian museums, as well as objects acquired through illegal archaeological excavations in temporarily occupied territories. Currently, the database lists 750 stolen heritage objects, with 230 individuals and 42 organizations involved in these actions.

The HUR also published a list of individuals and companies, which includes nearly 8,500 persons subject to sanctions from the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. "For effective results and to prevent sanctions evasion, the efforts of the civilized world against aggressors must be synchronized," stated HUR.

Earlier, on June 1, 2024, the portal disclosed a list of components used in Russian weapons and a list of individuals involved in the deportation of Ukrainian children.

In July, the portal revealed a large dataset about foreign industrial equipment that Russia uses to manufacture its weapons.
