Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov orders not to take Ukrainian soldiers prisoners and execute them on the spot in response to today’s drone strike in Chechnya.

Kadyrov stated that in an interview with the Russia-1 state TV channel.

"We will not allow anyone to mess with us. Today I gave an order to all commanders who are on the front line to not take prisoners, to destroy and intensify the fight by 100%. So that they understand how the Chechens can still supplement their military capabilities," Kadyrov said.

Kadyrov promised to show the Ukrainian Armed Forces “retribution they never dreamed of.”

On October 29, a drone strike targeted the Russian Special Forces University named after Vladimir Putin in Gudermes, Chechnya, setting a building’s roof on fire.

Ukraine has been targeting Russia with drones throughout Moscow’s invasion, but Tuesday’s strike appeared to mark the first in Chechnya. Ukraine has not issued any statements regarding the strike.
