Its aim is to support people with limb amputations and limited mobility, veterans wounded in military actions, and those recovering from various injuries.

“At MadMuscles, we believe that sport has no limits. It supports both physical and mental well-being. That’s why we decided to create a program that allows everyone to return to activity, regain strength, and build confidence despite any life challenges,” the Chief Product Officer of the project, Natalya Pastushok said.

She said that they collaborated with trainers and instructors skilled in adaptive sports, as their main priorities were safety and effectiveness. Natalya added that they also prepared videos with participants of the Invictus Games, which would encourage people to reach both small and major achievements.

The program is meticulously structured to ensure maximum safety and effectiveness, covering six distinct categories of physical abilities. Exercises for each category were carefully selected by professional adaptive sports trainers.

A unique feature of the program is that the workout videos feature veterans from the Invictus Games community, providing users with authentic motivation and showcasing real recovery journeys through sports. Users receive daily workouts that can be performed anywhere using available resources.

MadMuscles’ adaptive program is a social initiative by the international IT company Amo Tech and is designed to be accessible to everyone. The developers stress that the program is “made for every body” and is completely free for anyone seeking support and ready to start their training journey.

To use the program, users need to install the MadMuscles app, complete a short test to personalize their plan, and follow a daily checklist to track how they feel. They are also encouraged to watch video stories featuring Invictus Games participants and adaptive sports activists to maintain high motivation.
