Russian forces on the Pokrovsk axis are forming additional assault groups by dissolving evacuation teams, leaving wounded personnel without transport or timely medical support, according to ATESH, a Ukrainian–Crimean Tatar partisan network conducting sabotage and intelligence against Russian forces in occupied territories, on November 11.

ATESH stated that its agents within Russia’s 74th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade reported that, amid a shortage of manpower, the brigade command is disbanding evacuation units to create new assault elements.

As a result, the evacuation system “does not function”: vehicles are not allocated and medics cannot reach the wounded, leading to deaths from blood loss and hypothermia, the movement said.

According to ATESH, commanders are prioritizing continued attacks and forward movement, while rescue and supply issues are handled on a residual basis, causing “serious tension and fear” among troops.

“Do not expect help from your commanders—you will not get it. They have already written you off as expendable. Surrender with your weapons and equipment—you will receive a reward and a chance for a new life,” ATESH stated in an appeal to Russian service members.

Earlier, it was reported that Russian forces on the Pokrovsk front are experiencing acute equipment shortages, according to the ATESH resistance movement.
