Russia Attacked Kherson, At Least 17 People Injured
Governor of Kherson Oleksandr Prokudin reported a Russian airstrike targeting the city's central area today. The attack caused at least 17 casualties, 15 people were hospitalized.
Due to the shelling, residential buildings and an educational institution were damaged. Prokudin reported that the youngest casualty is 15 years old. The boy sustained injuries to his nose and shoulder, his father hospitalized with shrapnel wounds.
Another 39-year-old victim suffered blast injuries, shrapnel wounds to the abdomen, and pelvic bone fractures. A 32-year-old man sustained blast trauma and a head contusion. The ambulance transported to the hospital two women aged 58 and 40 with blast injuries.
A 39-year-old local resident received a concussion, blast injuries, and cranio-cerebral trauma, while an elderly woman aged 78 sustained injuries to her face and hand, as well as blast trauma. She is currently hospitalized.
