Russian forces struck the village of Solonchaky in the Kutsurub community of Mykolaiv region using an FPV drone, targeting civilians during the distribution of humanitarian aid.

The attack, which injured 5 people, was confirmed by Vitalii Kim, the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, on November 25.

“All the injured have been hospitalized. Two men and a woman are in moderate condition, while 2 other men are in serious condition. They are receiving all necessary medical assistance,” Kim wrote.

Among the wounded were both humanitarian aid workers and local residents who had gathered for the aid distribution.

Russia has repeatedly targeted humanitarian aid sites across Ukraine.

On September 12, Russian forces fired artillery and conducted a drone strike on an International Committee of the Red Cross humanitarian convoy in the Donetsk region, killing 3 volunteers in the strike.
