Russian Drone Attack in Kherson Region Kills 50-Year-Old Man

On June 17 around 8:20 am local time, Russian troops attacked the Beryslav district of the Kherson region with a UAV (drone).

A bomb dropped from the drone killed a 50-year-old man as he was leaving his yard in his car.

Under the procedural guidance of the Beryslav District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into criminal proceedings on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with deliberate murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Prosecutors are taking all possible and proper measures to document war crimes committed by Russia.
