Russian Drone Operators Conduct “Safari” on Ukrainian Farmers, Intercepted Footage Shows

Fighters of the 12th Azov Brigade said they intercepted footage from a Russian FPV drone that shows operators deliberately chasing Ukrainian farm workers and aiming at agricultural machinery in a field in the Donetsk region.
“On the intercepted image from an enemy FPV drone, Russian operators arranged a ‘safari’ for civilian farmers. Agricultural machinery also came under sight,” the brigade stated, publishing the material on October 23.
Video shows the drone flying over a field with farm equipment and vehicles while chasing people and the unit called it another violation of the rules and customs of war.
Azov said this episode adds to “the list of tens of thousands” of recorded violations. Local and national outlets amplified the unit’s post across social platforms, where the clip circulated widely.
Earlier, it was reported that Russian forces used FPV drones to attack a humanitarian evacuation vehicle near Kostiantynivka in Donetsk region, injuring civilians and violating a declared truce.
