On October 21, Russian military forces dropped an explosive device from a drone on an ambulance crew that had responded to a call in the Dnipro district of Kherson, Ukraine.

"Two personnel were injured. They are men aged 44 and 47. They sustained blast injuries and concussions, as well as shrapnel wounds to their legs. The victims were taken to the hospital for medical assistance," reported the Kherson Regional Military Administration (OVA).

Prior to this, Russian forces attacked a civilian resident in the Dnipro district with a drone. "At the moment of the strike, a 48-year-old man was outside. He sustained a blast injury and a shrapnel wound to his thigh. The victim was hospitalized for medical assistance," said the Kherson OVA.

Russian forces are systematically targeting Ukrainian civilians in frontline areas using FPV drones. These tactics serve not only to inflict damage but also to train drone operators before they are deployed in military zones.
