At noon on October 14, Russian forces attacked a civilian car near Havrylivka village with a drone, killing 2 women, 72 and 56 years old, and injuring 2 people.  

This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, the Head of the Kherson Region Military Administration. 

Russian forces are systematically targeting Ukrainian civilians in frontline areas with FPV drones, using these attacks not only to cause harm but also to train drone operators before deploying them in military zones.

On October 10, Russian forces attacked Zaporizhzhia and Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, with drones, injuring 8 people in total and causing mass destruction.
