Russian Forces Target Civilians in Kryvyi Rih and Zaporizhzhia, Injuring 8 People
Russian forces attacked Zaporizhzhia and Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, this morning, injuring 8 people in total and causing mass destruction.
In Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, a residential building sustained significant damage, with the roof destroyed and a stairwell in one section of the building collapsing as a result of a Russian drone strike, reported local governor Serhii Lysak on October 10.
An 82-year-old woman was injured in the attack and has been hospitalized, her condition is stable. Six people were rescued from the damaged part of the building.
The attack also caused a gas pipeline rupture, resulting in a fire. The fire was successfully extinguished, and emergency crews have repaired the gas leak.
In addition, Russian forces struck residential areas in Zaporizhzhia, destroying and damaging 29 houses, reported regional governor Ivan Fedorov. 6 people were injured and received medical assistance.
Earlier, Russian forces hit a civilian ship in Odesa port with a ballistic missile, killing 7 people and injuring 11.
