Russian Forces Strike Educational Facility in Kupiansk, Kharkiv Region, Injuring Two
On October 7, Russian forces targeted an educational facility in the city of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region. A 35-year-old man and a 57-year-old woman sustained injuries from the blast and were hospitalized. This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
Emergency services are currently working at the scene to address the aftermath of the strike. Additionally, Russian forces launched an attack on the village of Kurylivka in the Kupiansk district, causing a grass fire. Local teams are actively involved in extinguishing the blaze.
According to the administration, Russian forces have intensified their strikes in the region. As of the morning of October 7, two cities, six villages, and two other settlements in the Kharkiv region were hit. Some locations were shelled multiple times.
In Kupiansk, three men, aged 40, 54, and 68, were injured during two separate strikes, which also set a private house’s roof ablaze over an area of 150 square meters. In the Boryvka community, a 57-year-old man died as a result of an attack in Pershotravneve, and a 73-year-old woman was injured in the village of Mitrofanivka.
