Governor of the Dnipropetrovsk Region in Ukraine, Serhiy Lysak, reported Russia striking the Dnipro District, in Dnipropetrovsk Region, injuring 4 people.
Three men, aged 34, 48, and 70, and a 72-year-old woman were injured and hospitalized.
Two fires were reported.
