Russian forces struck a residential building in Kharkiv, causing a fire, according to Mayor Ihor Terekhov. At least three people were injured, and civilian infrastructure was damaged in the Nemyshlyanskyi district, as reported by the head of the regional administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

Syniehubov confirmed that 25 people were injured, including three children. The attack led to a fire in a multi-story residential building. Explosions were heard in the city, with authorities warning of additional airstrikes. Further information on casualties is expected.
